Young & Free Ontario, powered by Libro Financial Group and United Communities Credit Union, is an ongoing effort to give the 17-to-25 crowd a voice, a head start and useful information

GIVING YOUNG PEOPLE A VOICE

We launched Young & Free because we felt strongly that young people were not being well served by other financial institutions. Young people in Southwestern Ontario didn't have a voice when it came to getting what they needed financially. So we launched a search for a spokesperson and gave that person a platform: the Young & Free Ontario website.

Kaylie Dame is our current Young & Free Ontario Spokesperson and her full-time job includes travelling to, attending and speaking at events throughout Southwestern Ontario and posting daily blog entries and weekly video blogs on the Young & Free Ontario website. Kaylie is here to listen to you to get your thoughts and opinions about what you need from your financial institution.

The ultimate goal of Young & Free Ontario is to help Libro Financial Group and United Communities Credit Union connect with young people and to help us really understand how we can serve the 25-and-under Ontario crowd better than any other financial institution.

So many banking sites tell young people what they should be doing. We want to hear from you! Tell us what kind of products and services you want, and feel free to ask us questions and tell us your concerns. The Young & Free Ontario Spokesperson has a platform to answer those questions and concerns. Meanwhile, Libro Financial Group and United Communities Credit Union are always there in the background, listening and responding, making sure the products we offer match your real needs.
